Spider & Varicose Vein Treatment

Choice of treatment depends on the type, size, location, and depth of the vein problem as determined by non-invasive diagnostic tests, such as Doppler and Duplex Ultrasound. All diagnostic testing is performed at the Vein Care Center. Through physical examination and diagnostic testing we choose one or more treatment methods to achieve desired results.

Medical treatment is meant to restore proper blood flow by eliminating varicose and spider veins from circulation. First, diagnostic testing is necessary including Duplex Ultrasound. Following diagnosis, treatment methods range from collapsing the veins to physically removing the problem veins. Our methods of treatment for varicose veins and spider veins include Endovenous Laser Occlusion, Microphlebectory, Sclerotherapy, Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy, Stasis Leg Ulcer Treatment and by Compression Therapy.
