Used mostly to treat tiny discrete facial veins (thread like) the kind that appear on the side of the nose, or in the nose, eyelid and cheeks. It is also used for leg veins (the smallest veins) or those that may not respond to injection sclerotherapy. This device delivers low intensity electric current (ohmic energy) at the end of minuscule needle. Because of the needle and current are tiny, patients experience much less pain than when they receive laser treatment for the same vein. Most leg spider veins respond to sclerotherapy injections. Combination of sclerotherapy and Vein Gogh treatment may yield better results.
